A Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, Chris has spoken at conferences in the UK, Europe, Far East and USA, and has contributed to various publications, TV and radio programmes over the years. He has participated in a variety of forums and groups throughout his career in roles such as Chairman of Business Link East, Chairman of the Institute of Directors in Cambridgeshire, Chairman of the Greater Cambridge International Relations Forum and as a member of the Board of the Greater Cambridge Partnership, the International Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and the British American Business Council.
A common focus
Our wider team have specialist skill, knowledge and experience resulting from many years activity across various sales, marketing and operational roles for well-known organisations. Together, we share a common focus and purpose designed to ensure Deyton Bell really adds substantial value to our clients. We are all totally committed to making a positive difference to the organisations we deal with, and take enormous pride in providing quality professional services and solutions – on time and on budget – every time.
We are of course in business to make a profit, but in doing so aim to be a responsible and active member of our local community. For example, over the last couple of years, we’ve tried to achieve this by offering work experience to local teenagers, advised local school business-focused and young enterprise groups, supported local school careers events, and supported local charities such as the East Anglian Children’s Hospice and the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Deyton Bell are based just outside Cambridge, England in a beautiful Queen Anne style mansion surrounded by mature gardens and stunning countryside. Whilst we all thrive on our professional challenges, we also keep very busy when not at work. Away from the office we like to be active, and amongst the other talents our colleagues declare we have an aerobics instructor, PTA Committee leaders, several keen horticulturalists, and a few dog lovers, all of which means we know a lot about being fit for purpose, growing and developing, training and how to function in a team. In addition, as Chris is a keen rower who trains and competes in all types of boat and crew, he is well qualified to drive the business forward on a straight course ahead in all conditions.
