Case Study 1 – International Business Development
Distribution Development - Healthcare
Deyton Bell worked for an Asian based provider of nutritional supplements and health related products. They were successfully marketing their products across North America, the Middle East and Asia. As part of their global expansion plan, Deyton Bell was appointed to support them with certain issues they were facing with UK business development and to help grow distribution opportunities in the UK.
Following our appointment we researched the market place, identified potential distributors, facilitated discussions with interested parties and engaged with agreed companies.

Lead Generation – Health and Safety
Deyton Bell worked with a market leader in the development and administration of industrial medical programmes in the USA. Deyton Bell was appointed to support successful development of business opportunities in the UK. Deyton Bell designed a campaign to facilitate dialogue with key people and build bridges with relevant organisations to highlight opportunities to showcase the business. We devised ways in which Deyton Bell could make a positive impact by accelerating dialogue with key contacts.
Using our knowledge of the market, Deyton Bell were able to forge commercial contact with relevant major potential clients, advisors and influential commentators. We were able to provide specialist support to identify potential contacts, generate leads and develop opportunities for our client in the UK.
Case Study 3 – International Business Development
Research and Analysis - Medical
Deyton Bell worked with a leading US provider of cooling devices for the expanding therapeutic hypothermia market. Their target market is medical professionals and facilities.
Deyton Bell was appointed to carry out initial research which could lead to the acceleration and development of the business and in particular new client acquisition in the UK and further expansion into Europe. Efforts were focused on developing both initial approaches to organisations and gaining an understanding of their procurement processes. Deyton Bell presented some interesting opportunities for our client to develop.
Case Study 4 – UK Business Development
Out Sourced Sales Resource - Retail
Deyton Bell work with the UK’s leading retailer in the car maintenance, enhancement and leisure market. The retailer developed and successfully pioneered the UK national Cycle2Work initiative.
Deyton Bell were appointed to help them promote the Cycle2Work initiative across the UK. While the retailer provides the bicycles using the largest choice of cycles and cycle safety equipment in the UK, Deyton Bell provides a professionally managed service on their behalf. Deyton Bell has successfully researched the market, identified prospective clients, generated leads, secured new clients and developed and managed relationships with clients. Case Study 5 – UK Business Development
Operational Delivery – Financial Services
Working with a major UK financial services organisation Deyton Bell have provided various services to support delivery of a large scale UK wide initiative. This has involved us assuming overall management responsibility for all aspects of the initiative and leading a diverse team through various issues including procurement, product design and manufacture, distribution development, stakeholder engagement, and all aspects of project management. The initiative was delivered on time and within budget for our client.

Events Management – Professional Services
Having identified an opportunity to develop a new corporate hospitality initiative Deyton Bell spearheaded the launch of the First Post Enclosure in 2007, and has since worked with several Cambridge based firms to deliver a successful outcome. Our role has been to organise all aspects of the event from food to facilities, while our clients have been able to entertain their guests in comfort. Having taken this initiative from concept to completion the First Post Enclosure has now become a very successful annual event.

Outsourced Membership Services – Professional Group
Deyton Bell were appointed by our client, a major UK membership group, to provide outsourced administrative services on a regular basis. We have successfully done so for some time now, handling communication, event organisation and membership liaison on behalf of our client. We have co-ordinated production of newsletters, set up events, handled pre and post-event activity, as well as managing several aspects of the business of the group so far.

Sales Consultancy – Financial Services
Deyton Bell were asked to support development of a UK financial services business facing several sales challenges. Working closely with the Managing Director we have advised the business for some time, tackling various sales issues with our client’s in-house team in the process. Working very closely with them, Chris Parkhouse has coached and guided the directors and members of the sales team and has helped them to successfully develop an enhanced sales capacity and meet the challenges they faced.

Market Development – Financial Services
Deyton Bell have worked closely with a major financial services group keen on expanding their distribution into the employee and affinity benefit markets. As an expert in these areas we were asked to undertake a review of the markets, active participants, potential, and many other issues, and produce a review for consideration. We co-ordinated an assessment of the market, production of a report, and a series of in-house meetings for our client, and shared the knowledge gained, as well as ideas on developing appropriate opportunities, which are now being taken forward.
Case Study 10 – UK Business Development
Feasibility Study – Higher Education
Deyton Bell have worked closely with a major higher education establishment in order to conduct a detailed feasibility study involving both international and domestic issues. We researched many aspects of an extremely complex project, presented ideas and findings to our clients’ governing body, liaised at the highest level with academics and government contacts from the UK and overseas, and also worked with other specialist professional advisors, successfully delivering a detailed series of reports on time and on budget throughout the project.

Event Management – Professional Services
Deyton Bell worked with the Embassy of a major European Country on new initiative to promote trade and investment opportunities on their behalf across the East of England.We were appointed to organise a series of 3 business seminars in various locations across the region and were responsible for all activities relating to the organisation, implementation and delivery of the events. This included producing all promotional material, coordinating marketing activity, sourcing venues, sourcing suitable speakers, consultation with regional business groups to support the events, coordinating presentations, producing delegate packs, liaison with all concerned from project inception to completion and on the day event management to ensure smooth running of each seminar. The seminars were a great success and all involved felt they had gone extremely well and generated the required results.
Case Study 12 – International Business Development
Lead Generation – Wind Energy
A US State, retained Deyton Bell to develop opportunities to attract European Wind Energy firms to the State. The State already a major destination for the development of wind energy in the US undertook a competitive tender and chose Deyton Bell to approach and engage with European wind energy businesses on behalf of State Officials. Operating on a pan European basis, Deyton Bell successfully researched the market, identified priorities, generated leads, engaged with prospects and introduced potentially interested organisations to State Officials.
